SWE is a
non-profit educational service organization dedicated to making known
the need for women engineers and encouraging young women to consider an

Tau Beta Pi
is a National Engineering Honor Society founded in 1885. The North
Carolina Epsilon Chapter was founded at North Carolina A & T State
University in February 1986, and is the 199th chapter in the nation.
Membership is open to outstanding students in all engineering
disciplines. Because of their distinguished achievements and reputation
for service, Tau Beta Pi members are the leaders in the student tutoring
and similar assistance programs.
