The effects of zoning as a predetermined building constraint, buildings
performance (energy and sustainability), the effects of building envelopes on
the energy use of buildings, the cognitive process of building design, Afro
centric architecture, innovations in distance learning, multimedia and
information transfer, universal design principle.
