ENGINEERS WEEK 2007
  Dean's Message

Greetings:

Engineers Week (E-Week) at NC A&T State University is dedicated to enhancing the public's understanding of the engineering profession and to promoting pre-college interest in math, science, and engineering as a career option. E-Week will be celebrated in the College of Engineering from February 18-24, 2007. The national theme for Engineers Week 2007 is "Engineers Make a World of Difference:  Turning Ideas into Reality".  NC A&T will echo the national campaign and provide activities that commemorate this event and share its positive message around the world.

E-Week at NC A&T helps students reach into the global business world for guidance, ideas and encouragement as they go forward in their careers. Activities planned for the week will include seminars focusing on professional development topics, a Pre-College Initiative Day designed for local middle and high school students, a banquet, a career fair, and other activities. I encourage you to view the schedule for a complete list of activities.   In addition, we invite our university administration, faculty, students, local professionals, high school students, counselors, and teachers, and corporate partners to join us in our E-Week celebration.

The celebration of E-Week is a major part of the Engineering Experience at NC A&T, where we take students from diverse walks of life and develop them into high quality engineers. Please join us and register today!
